on walls, on hillsides, in churches, in houses, in
bedrooms, on chains around peoples' necks, on rings,
on ear-rings, on old people, on young people, on believers,
and on people who aren't sure in what they believe.

FOR PERSONAL REFLECTION
• Do you wear a Cross around your neck? What
does this signify about you?
• Do you have a Cross hanging in your house?
Who gave it to you? What room is it in? Do you
or your family take it and hold it for prayer?
• Have you touched or held the World Youth Day
Cross? What was this experience like for you?
Who did you think of and pray for in holding or
carrying this Cross?
