Endeavour Hills Parish is ready to accept early arrival of Pilgrims from Saturday 5 July, though that is flexible. While breakfast will be supplied from day of arrival, lunches and dinners are only available from Wednesday 9 July at the Encounter. Pilgrims arriving early will need to provide own meals.

For Pilgrims staying in the school, this facility will be locked from 9am of a day to secure personal belongings. Arrangements for entry during the day will need to be made with one of our Volunteers acting as caretaker.

Sydney

For those accommodated in Sydney Schools, the facility will be locked down from 9am of a day, and opened later in the evening. This is to secure the belongings of all Pilgrims. Pilgrims are required to walk out of the school each day with all that they require for the day. All registered Pilgrims will receive a WYD back pack, lunch pack after the Catechesis session, and a meal pass for the evening meal.

At a determined time each night, the facility will be locked down for the security of all Pilgrims. Late entry will need to be negotiated with the security person.

Preference of access to WYD Events will be to Registered Pilgrims. Some events may allow access to the General Public.
